Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Every course comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can try it without pressure.

The 14-day guarantee

If you are not happy with a course, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No hoops, no hard feelings. You do not need to explain yourself, though we always welcome feedback so we can improve.

How to request a refund

Email contact@halftonestudio.art from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of your purchase, and let us know you would like a refund. We will take care of the rest.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is issued, your access to the course is removed.

After 14 days

Because courses include lifetime access to all of the content, we do not offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed. If something is genuinely wrong on our end, reach out anyway and we will do our best to make it right.

Regional pricing and currency

If you paid with regional pricing or in a currency other than US dollars, your refund is issued for the amount you actually paid, in your original currency where possible. Small differences can occur due to exchange-rate changes between purchase and refund; those are outside our control.
